I feel like I am kept in the information loop at all times.... I think the staff are really engaging with the residents who live here. My mom does not do a lot of things that they have offered, but it has nothing to do with the facility. The communication has been great, they are responsive to email and phone calls. The food smells and looks good the times I visit. You also consent to receive calls and texts, which may be autodialed, from us and our customer communities. Your consent is not a condition to using our service.
Any problem with Daddy's care have been resolved speedily. All we have dealt with on the staff have been excellent! Rain Forest Landings gets a 5 +++++. Everyone from staff to people who serve the dinner CARE!!!! They all know the people who live there.
I would recommend Dominion to other families looking. Please provide your real phone number. There are 3 nursing homes in Sevier County, TN and no other nursing homes nearby. This is the best place for my loved one right now. There have been some personal belongings that have gone missing, and the owner hasn't been able to get these items back for my loved one. The staff was there for us when we needed it.
I only have one complaint, and... The Groves at Oak Ridge was one of the cleanest facilities I have been in. The employees were so nice and they really try to keep all the residents engaged and enrich their lives as much as possible.
